When I was asked to submit art to be part of a fantasy Mah Jong deck, years ago, this was the image that originally came to mind. I didn't achieve my goal at that time. Also, unfortunately the client who commissioned the pieces passed away before the project could be completed. It was time to go for it again. This is a personal portfolio piece.
I worked in Photoshop 7 with the use of one Painter 7 brush.
